CBN, or cannabinol, is a cannabinoid found in the cannabis plant. It is believed to have a variety of potential health benefits, including the ability to promote sleep, reduce inflammation, and improve pain management. In this blog post, we’ll take a closer look at some of the potential benefits of CBN and how it may be used to improve overall health and well-being.

One of the most well-known potential benefits of CBN is its ability to promote sleep. Many people use cannabis products containing CBN to help them fall asleep more easily and stay asleep throughout the night. This is thought to be due to CBN’s ability to interact with the endocannabinoid system, which plays a role in regulating sleep patterns. In fact, some studies have suggested that CBN may be even more effective at promoting sleep than THC, another cannabinoid found in cannabis.

This why we decided to include CBN in our Good.Night tincture. Along with CBN & CBD, we also included Linalool and Myrcene, two terpenes shown to promote relaxation and sleep.

In addition to its potential sleep-promoting effects, CBN has also been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties. Inflammation is a natural response to injury or infection, but chronic inflammation can contribute to the development of a wide range of health problems, including heart disease, diabetes, and even certain types of cancer. CBN may be able to help reduce inflammation and associated health risks by interacting with the endocannabinoid system and modulating the body’s immune response.

CBN has also been shown to have pain-relieving effects, which may make it useful in the management of various types of pain. Some people use CBN-containing products to help manage chronic pain conditions, such as arthritis or fibromyalgia, while others use it to manage acute pain following an injury or surgery. Again, this is thought to be due to CBN’s ability to interact with the endocannabinoid system and modulate pain perception.

It’s important to note that while CBN can promote good sleep, it is not a sedative and you won’t feel high or intoxicated while taking CBN. In addition, all of our products use ingredients from Hemp and there is zero THC in any of them.

There is still much research to be done on the potential health benefits of CBN and other cannabinoids, but the early results are encouraging.
